SixtyFour Property is looking for a motivated, passionate and committed person looking to get their foot in the door of Real Estate and hit the ground running as a Sales Associate.
Some of the duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing first-class service standards and regular communication to our buyers
- Lead generation
- Buyer follow up
- Attending building inspections and bank valuations
- Liaising with solicitors in the lead up to settlement
- Assisting with inspections and open homes
- Administration duties, data entry and database management
- Assistance with property appraisals
- Assisting with Saturday open homes each week
This role will offer diversity to ensure you learn all aspects of Real Estate!
Skills and experience required:
- Must have their own driving vehicle and a valid driver licence
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions
- Be comfortable using the following or a quick learner (will have training in office) - Realworks, Canva, Pricefinder/ RP Data, Agentbox/ other CRM & Docusign
- A current NSW real estate sales certificate is a MUST
- A high level of personal presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational and administration skills
- A friendly and very helpful personality
- A loyal and hardworking nature
- Experience in a real estate role would be ideal but not essential
