The Role:
We're actively seeking a proactive Salesperson to champion Battery World in our brand new Gateshead location. Ideal for individuals who flourish in a customer-centric setting, have a zeal for our products, and possess the ambition to exceed sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to discern their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Uphold a comprehensive knowledge of our products to make the best recommendations.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain exceptional store standards.
- Manage sales transactions with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in sales, retail, or roles in automotive, mechanical, or workshop settings is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal prowess.
- A genuine enthusiasm for our product range and a keenness to learn.
- The ability to thrive in a team and also work autonomously.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations.
Note: For those new to the industry, comprehensive training will be provided both in-house and externally through the Motor Traders Association. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn tertiary qualifications, funded entirely by us as the employer.
