THE OPPORTUNITY:
- Entry Level Sales Associate opportunity
- Participate in a 6 to 12 month Training & Development Program tailored specifically to you
- Receive ongoing support and training
- Align with a company who maintain strong values around Goals, Attitude, Learning & Opportunity
- $100,000k + Base for the right individual
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in all training and development activities
- Conduct all lead generation, networking and prospecting activities as directed
- Familiarise yourself with all aspects of Real Estate and legislation
- Consistently monitor your local market, local area sales and performance
- Follow all instructions and provide support to the lead agent
ABOUT YOU:
- No Real Estate experience necessary
- Be teachable and open-minded
- Have your Real Estate Certificate or Full Licence or have completed training awaiting certification from the OFT
- Highly driven and motivated
- Willing to learn and focus on ongoing learning, study and training
- Polished and professional presentation
- Have your current Drivers Licence
- Be tenacious, have grit and a willingness to overcome adversity
- Great communication skills and good articulation
