They are currently experiencing growth throughout the business, which has led to a newly created role for a Trainee/Junior Sales Associate to join the team in a permanent Full-Time role working Monday to Saturday, with a day off mid-week in lieu.
The Role
Due to a new office launch, we are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to work alongside and support a successful and established Senior Sales Consultant.
You will be based onsite at a beautifully appointed and modern agency in one of Queensland's growth corridors. You will provide sales and administrative support to ensure an excellent customer experience and achieve sales targets for the project. Typical daily duties include customer liaison and nurturing the purchaser throughout the customer journey process, reporting and maintaining the CRM/database, responding to and following up on enquiries, and any other ad hoc duties.
About You
You are an enthusiastic professional, having held a position as a Customer Service superstar or similar where you have been customer-facing and appreciate the importance of good communication. This role is open to those without experience in Real Estate and is a great way to get your ‘foot in the door’ for an exciting and rewarding career.
You will also need:
- Be willing to obtain a QLD Agent’s Rep Certificate/Certificate IV Real Estate or the equivalent as part of the employment requirements.
- A current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Strong administrative and database management skills
- Strong relationship communication skills, a patient, empathetic and nurturing style, and a genuine love for people.
