- Set listing appointments
- Assist with sales enquiries
- Assist team members with buyer appointments and inspections
- Liase with clients, solicitors, valuers, pest and building inspectors
- Prospect for sellers
- Add sold signs
- Maintain sales database
- Conduct follow up calls
- Work collaboratively with sales team members doing administrative tasks.
