The Role
- Casual - Hours and Days may vary depending on your availability and business needs
- Deliver welcoming and exceptional customer service
- Provide information on the estate to customers
- Gather an initial understanding of the customers’ needs
- Assist with the follow up and processing of leads
- Assist the sales team with general sales related admin/customer service
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent customer service skills and proactive nature
- Experience in the property, retail or hospitality industry (preferred, but not essential)
- Agent Representative Certificate
- Weekend availability
