Our client is a leading Agent specialising in prestigious properties in the most prominent locations close to Sydney's CBD. With an office headed up by an approachable and dynamic Director, you will be efficient, precise and attentive. On a daily basis, your day to day duties will include:
- Work alongside a lead Agent
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Buyer call backs following open homes
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Database prospecting, development and maintenance
- Attending weekly sales meetings & training
- General administration duties
- Attending open home inspections
- Must have some Real Estate experience, ideally in Sales
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Confidential, professional and friendly phone manner
- Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic
