The Role
An exciting role that will see you as the backbone of support to a busy, motivated and highly successful team.
You will assist in providing support through the coordination, administration and delivery of house and land sales.
- Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Carry out all sales administration tasks
- Provide support with the day-to-day sales-based activities
- Maintain and manage all data entry into the CRM
- Online marketing including social media, and updating of project marketing collateral such as brochures, price lists and master plans
About You
- A desire and passion to work within the Property industry
- Excited to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative and customer service experience will be highly regarded
- A superior level of verbal and written communication skills and be professionally presented
- A positive and energetic attitude.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Available to work weekends
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and valid driver's license (motor vehicle allowances apply!
