If you are an experienced Real EstateSales Associate, lead generation who has run campaigns from call, apprise, list to sold then you are the idea candidate.
The elite agent aim's to increase their current sales volume within the team. As you start your role, your primary focus will be on managing listings during your first month with an average sales price of $6m. You'll take charge of representing these properties across various online platforms such as realestate.com, domain.com, the agency website, and social media pages. This strategic approach will allow the lead agent and the team to handle an additional 10 listings each month.
The remuneration looks like the following:
Salary + Commissions with a campaign management fee attached to every property the candidate manages. OTE $250K + based off current associate within the team.
Please note that this is a role that requires a high level of detail, diligence, commitment and above all a exceptional work effort.
