Beanstalk Property Investments is a leading duplex development and Property Investment company dedicated to assisting clients make informed decisions about Property Investment opportunities across South East Queensland and Australia.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our director by engaging with potential clients and assisting them with all aspects of their Property Investment journey.
Working alongside a supportive and friendly director, you will learn all facets of residential Property Investment and small scale property development.
This is a full time position and the successful applicant will be required to work in our East Brisbane office, Monday to Friday. No weekend work is required.
To do list:
- Conduct qualification and relationship calls with potential clients.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment needs and objectives.
- Scheduling appointments for our director to further discuss our services.
- Educate clients on various Property Investment opportunities, market trends, and potential returns.
- Maintaining a database of potential clients and their preferences.
- Collaborate with the director to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Assist with creation of marketing materials.
- Stay up to date with the property market and investment trends.
- Help with social media marketing.
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate or Property Investment industry.
- Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a relationship oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of basic Property Investment principles.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A passion for property.
