Seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join a Senior Sales Agent as a Prospecting Sales Assistant

The Role
We are looking for a prospector with outstanding communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work autonomously as well as take direction within a team. This is a full-time position working for an established senior agent at our Sutherland Shire offices.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Calling prospective clients/vendors from a high-end database to generate appraisals
- Buyer communication regarding database and stock
- In-house CRM system management
- Assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
- Client callbacks and feedback reports
- Ad hoc sales admin duties for the team if needed
- Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
- Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings, and ad hoc company events
- Working on Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid-week half-day RDO
- Systems and platforms including and not limited to: Agentbox, RpData, Ratemyagent, RE.com, Domain, social media platforms, Smart Sheets, Realhub, Shire Maps
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
- Must have Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License (legal industry requirement)
- Previous real estate experience is preferable
- Confident making cold calls
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must work well under pressure
- Needs patience and enthusiasm to succeed within this role
- Strong confidence – assertive yet professional and friendly
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Happy to manage lengthy admin and data entry duties
- Strong follow up skills
- The ability to thrive within a professional and fast paced environment
- Must be presentable
