Position Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will work closely with a top-performing agent to facilitate the buying and selling of beautiful Lower North Shore properties. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, goal-oriented, and eager to learn from the best in the industry. You will have access to cutting-edge tools and resources to support your success and will be provided with ongoing training and development opportunities.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist your lead agent in all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with expert advice and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and competitor activity.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration essential. 
• 6-12 months experience in a similar role. 
• Excellent communication and personal presentation. 
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
• Drivers license and reliable car.
