looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join their team. Based out of their commercial premises in Port Adelaide, you will be joining a leading
Company that values ethics and integrity, as it delivers quality solutions to their
clients. REQ are market leaders with Air Conditioning Installations, Servicing, and
Repairs.
You will enjoy a fantastic team culture and environment with secure full-time
employment and excellent remuneration. An exciting salary package (base +
uncapped commission) will be offered to the successful candidate.

On Target Earnings (OTE) will take you up to $100K, but this totally uncapped
commission structure, which accelerates with higher achievements is what should

This exciting role will be supported with warm leads and strong enquiries through
ongoing marketing initiatives, to assist with the achievement of all sales targets and
KPI’s. This autonomous role is looking for a motivated sales professional who
thrives in the sales arena whilst maintaining the highest integrity and customer focus.
Skills & Experience:
A minimum 3 years’ experience as a successful Sales Consultant.
Able to work autonomously, delivering customer satisfaction and sales
targets.
A track record of successfully achieving targets and KPI’s.
Successfully generate your own leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
Excellent relationship building skills and engaging personality.
Impeccable presentation and excellent communication skills.
An eye for detail and able to learn new systems and product knowledge
quickly.
Manage your own time around booked appointments.
Sound knowledge of Ducted and Split System Air Conditioners is highly
desirable, but not essential.
IT savvy.
A can-do attitude and strong team player.
Current SA driving license.
