About the role
We're on the hunt for an experienced New Home Sales Consultant, someone who's not just familiar with the ropes but can electrify the sales floor with their passion and expertise. This isn't just another sales job; it's a chance to become a pivotal part of people's journey to finding their forever home.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Engage with potential buyers to understand their dreams and make them a reality.
- Provide comprehensive consultations, showcasing our diverse range of new homes, & home and land packages.
- Navigate clients through the buying process, from initial interest to handover, with empathy and expertise.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling, targeted campaigns.
- Analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Skills & experience
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines
- Ability to read and interpret plans and DA's
- Ability to liaise with a range of clientele including purchasers, builders, councils etc.
- Strong computer knowledge and attention to detail
