Key Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the business.
- Consult with healthcare professionals, clinics, and clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate healthcare equipment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised service and ongoing support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions whilst tailoring to individual needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics and other potential clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales consulting, preferably in the healthcare industry, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand clients’ needs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-orientated, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s license.
