Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the business.
• Consult with healthcare professionals, clinics, and clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate healthcare equipment solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised service and ongoing support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions whilst tailoring to individual needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics and other potential clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales consulting, preferably in the healthcare industry, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and understand clients’ needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and proposing effective solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-orientated, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Hold an unrestricted driver’s license.
