Anchor Homes is an innovative housing provider, designing and building high quality and sustainable modular homes.
We are currently seeking a driven, energetic and committed New Home Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team. This is a highly rewarding but challenging sales role operating at our head office & manufacturing facility in Stratford, Victoria.
Your responsibilities as Sales Consultant are not limited to but will include:
- Positively interact with customers to understand their requirements and recommend best options for them based on their situation and needs.
- Sell and promote the company’s new homes range both on the telephone and in person at the display home location.
- Follow up with customers to progress their contracts and ensure a first class customer experience.
- Maintaining a database of sales leads
- Establishing a design brief and budget including determining the appropriate design selection for the site conditions.
- Presenting plans & proposals to clients
- Ultimately converting leads into sales
The successful candidate will have:
- A high level of self-motivation, integrity and professionalism.
- Ideally 2 years or more residential housing sales or even real estate experience. Presenting and selling new homes would be advantageous.
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities.
- Immaculate presentation
- Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills.
- Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities.
This is a full time role from Monday to Friday. Some weekend work would be required. Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful candidates in accordance with experience and track record of sales. A base Salary will be negotiated with an uncapped commission structure.
