$80,000 - $100,000 base plus super + Generous uncapped commissions
OTE $300,000 - $400,000 OTE (based on current performers not a guess)

The Role:

We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong selling skills with proven results in telephone and face to face sales, with a caring and playful attitude to clients and excellent relationship-building skills.
What we need from you:
- Convert phone, web, and post-event enquiries into our programs
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience to potential students and build a pipeline of prospects
- Achieve and exceed sales and activity KPIs, while being curious and open to learning
To succeed, you will need:
- Experience seeding, nurturing, and harvesting in sales - be comfortable and skilled at commencing, following up, and closing sales
- A genuine 'can-do' attitude, with a commitment to solutions and making things happen
- A hunger to learn and grow
- Experience in the personal development, coaching, or business/entrepreneurial education space(s) is highly desirable
