This position is part of a team that delivers outstanding Customer Service to both Grace’s corporate and private clientele. The role includes coordinating domestic removals and ancillary services, and relationship development with some of Grace’s largest clients.
In addition to the coordination of removal assignments the Customer Service Co Ordinator maintains day to day responsibility for their clients including database management, proposals, storage and invoicing.
Client Customer Service is central to the role and the successful candidate will have strong communication skills and working through solutions for a better customer experience.
About the Role
- Ensuring the customer experience is always amazing
- Timely responses to customer queries and provision of service proposals
- Support and assistance to the greater sales and Customer Service teams
- Client communication and problem resolution
- Data base management and updates
- Administration duties including file management, storage and invoicing
- Collection of data and necessary paperwork
- Assisting with general administrative support
- Customer service in a high-level service environment
- Working as part of a team to meet company growth and sales revenue targets
About You

- A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships
- Detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong and communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Responding to our clients calls and emails in a efficient manner
- Computer literate in Word and Excel
