Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a degree or diploma, and experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales to kickstart their career in recruitment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your skills and succeed in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including our database, job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct sales calls to present career opportunities to potential candidates for jobs (inc cold calling)
• Conduct phone screens, interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Over time, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in any field.
• Proven experience in a B2B sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to sell and influence people
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
