The Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Dial A Mover, you'll be the driving force behind our client acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with incoming leads via phone calls and emails
- Booking jobs and explaining our premium services to potential customers
- Utilizing our company CRM system effectively
- Conducting B2B cold calling and Business Development during downtime
- Establishing rapport with clients and understanding their removal and storage needs
- Working both autonomously and collaboratively within our energetic team
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A vibrant and friendly personality paired with excellent customer service skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of the removals industry (highly regarded)
- The ability to work toward set targets and KPIs
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with CRM systems
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and the drive to generate your own leads
- Flexibility to work both in a team environment and autonomously

Pay Rates:
- Starting hourly rate of $30 + Super
- Bonuses for reaching Targets & KPI's
- Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
