The Position
This company has a rare opportunity to joint their ranks in aKey Account Managerrole working in the Southwest Melbourne offices.
This role, reporting to the Client Services Manager, will be working with customers day-to-day and keeping them abreast of their freight bookings. On an average day you will be:
- Leasing with external key customers
- Liaising with senior management
- Update customer accounts on CRM
The Package
Alongside full product and job training given by both my client and their customer covering both the logistics and operational parts of the role, the package on offer for the successful candidate is between $110,000 - $120,000 per year, plus superannuation, Vehicle Allowance and discretionary company bonuses.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role it is essential that the candidate has experience in importing and exporting regulations as well as booking interstate freight, good verbal and written communication is also required. Other attributes that would be highly desired by my client are:
- An understanding of Incoterms®, CargoWise, 1-Stop and ICS Customs Portal
- Ability to work autonomously and with within a team
- Problem solving skills
- Minium2 years' experience in a similar role
