Job Description: PETRO Industrial is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Service Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving onsite service sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new service sales opportunities within designated industries and territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians and engineers, to develop comprehensive service proposals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of fuel handling and storage systems, including pumps, tanks, and dispensing equipment (preferred).
- Proven track record in service sales with experience in a similar role. (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
