The Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic sales approach to realise their holistic commercial ambitions. Embracing both cultural and operational change, you will lead the business through the next phase of growth.
As a senior leader, you will leverage your strategic mindset and natural proactive and curious approach to lead, coach and inspire a diverse sales team while providing broader mentoring across the organisation. You will personally drive and cultivate relationships with key high value target clients as well as develop industry customer plans to grow market share.
This role will feed into broader customer experience and operations strategies and will continue to position the organisation as a thought and subject matter leader in their space. The idea candidate is a commercially savvy, proactive, driven and energetic sales leader eager to assume control of a high performing, national sales team.
