• Base rate of $35 per hour + super + uncapped commission (OTE $110K-$130K)

Role: 

• Be the initial point of contact for new students eager to begin their educational journey
• Manage leads effectively in CRM system and ensure accurate information is recorded 
• Utilise warm leads and a blended inbound and outbound model to guide students toward reputable courses aligned with their aspirations
• the 40 hour per week role will work between the hours of 9:00 - 20:00 Monday - Thursday, and a half day Friday. 

About you:

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience (phone sales experience highly desirable)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to assist others
• Passion for sales, coupled with a keen interest in the education industry
• Motivated to achieve financial success
