Position Overview:

As a  In-Store wellness consultant in our Brisbane locations, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the perfect massage chair to suit their needs and preferences. We have locations in Mt Gravatt, Chermside and on the Gold Coast, depending on your availability you have the option to work Full Time or Casual hours. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly, approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice and product knowledge about our range of massage chairs.
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of our products to potential buyers.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience (massage chair or related products a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn about and operate complex products.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness.
