Responsible for:
- Greeting customers, providing advice and information on products
- Promote and sell products (training provided)
- Handle customer queries
- Build strong customer relations
- Maintain store displays and assist with instore visual merchandising, including signage and pricing
- Receiving incoming goods
Desirable/Essential Experience:
- Previous retail/sales experience
- High level customer service skills
- Passionate, highly motivated team player
- Willing to learn (product knowledge and sales techniques)
- Ability to learn and use a selling system
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to seek out and engage with customers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team
