As a Sale Consultant/Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth of our world leading remote monitoring IoT products. You will be responsible for understanding our products in depth and tailoring solutions to customer needs. You will work alongside a team of environmental experts and sales professionals offering quality products and service to mining, government, and construction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Providing excellent post-sales support and maintaining long term customers relationships.
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to company outcomes.
- Utilise CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales pipeline.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting in promotional activities, generating leads and participating in marketing campaigns.
- Keeping abreast of environmental product changes, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Travel interstate.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in environmental or Geotechnical monitoring.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets.
- Highly motivated and results oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong collaborative mindset, with ability to working with team members across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid Australian driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel interstate as required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
