- Work within a team of 2 with set duties for each party and have cover when on leave = never feel overloaded
- Manage the admin/contract process from listing through to settlement, including but not limited to;
- Adhoc admin support across other areas at quiet times
- Keep checklists and procedures up to date and current
- Other adhoc duties
- Previous real estate listing/sales administration experience is essential
- Corporate presentation and a strong eye for detail
- Passionate about the real estate industry and driven in a sales environment
- Adaptable, positive can do attitude and ability to multitask
- Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
- Multi-task and prioritise your workload
