Seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator
RoleMy client is currently seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to be part of our Internal Sales Team. The position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bayswater, WA.
You will be part of the thriving customer service team with the opportunity to grow into a professional sales role!
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding conveyor components, providing technical information, and guiding them through the selection process.
- Customer call support and direction to respective teams
- General office administration
- Accurately interpret customer orders, ensuring that the correct conveyor components are selected and processed for despatch.
- Support customers with their strong understanding of our conveyor components and their applications.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Escalate critical orders/enquiries to the Manufacturing and Sales teams and keep customer informed of progress.
- Support our AM Sales team with day-to-day enquiries.
- Liaise with Inventory Controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels and stocked items.
- Liaise with all other AM overseas customers and assist in the preparation of the logistics and tracking of Export goods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Perform Document management to support operational teams.
- Responsible for accurate data management of job registers
- Periodic and monthly invoicing activities
To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:
- 2+ years’ experience as a part interpreter, Internal Sales or similar.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position and can work with clients to find relevant information and execute the appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and professional manner.
- Exposure to Conveyor systems and their components would be highly advantageous.
- Computer literacy skills, ideally with experience using SAP, PRONTO, and various MS Suite products.
- Ability to work within a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required.
