Banjo's, Australia's leading local bakery cafe, is seeking a highly motived and energetic individual to join our growing team as a Sales Coordinator.
This role focuses on you: training and developing our store teams into customer service champions and operational experts. You'll ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellence, while adhering to network-wide standards.
Your role will be to:
- Manage the operational process for new store openings, by providing initial and ongoing store training at our store locations. This requires regular travel to Banjo’s stores throughout Australia.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders including franchisees, store managers and both front and back of house staff.
- Coordinate regular meetings with Banjo’s corporately owned Store Managers to review and enhance their performance on a continual basis, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Support our National Operations Manager to continually review, monitor and improve store operations, ensuing consistency and an excellent customer experience culture.
- Developing training guides and processes and conduct staff training in store.
- Contribute valuable insights in Operations meetings. Work with the team to improve key metrics like customer satisfaction, employee engagement, waste reduction, and achieve financial targets.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a café manager, training manager or similar QSR operational experience or experience in a complimentary role in a food or beverage related industry.
- Is a clear communicator with a knack for translating ideas into processes and can create documentation and confidently deliver training.
- Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring the presentation of Banjo’s Bakery Café’s live up to our high standards.
- Demonstrates solid financial and commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reports and provide advice to store managers.
- Has strong decision-making skills and demonstrates a results driven approach.

- Have other experience in the QSR or food and beverage industries.
- Fully trained and experienced barista
- Enjoy working on fast-paced projects with tight deadlines.
