Our client is a profitable, local Australian company that are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Inbound) to join their rapidly growing healthcare SaaS start-up.
As a member of their team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that are shifting the healthcare system by streamlining processes. About The Role:
Your role as a Sales Development Representative will consist of building new relationships with clients and identifying opportunities through inbound (warm) communication. You will be responsible for generating leads and booking qualified meetings.
About You:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role irrespective of industry. Fantastic opportunity for a candidate interested in the Healthcare space - support a critical industry and be paid whilst doing so, how good!
- Bonus points if you are in a previous SDR/BDR role for 6+ months or similar inbound calling role.
- 2x positions open on a full-time permanent basis.
- Proven track record of exceeding KPI's.
- You are a high energy individual with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Desire to learn and innately curious to know more about your clients.
- Passionate about technology and the healthcare industry.
- Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and correspondence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Have Full Australian Working Rights - our client are unable to sponsor.
