Job Description
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met.
- Prospect into multiple organizations via cold calling, networking, e-mail, as well as utilising online information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
- Penetrate, profile, qualify and schedule well qualified appointments with key decision makers.
- Research customers, identify decision makers, educate prospects and qualify buying interest and sense of urgency.
- Schedule appointments between prospects and our Account Executives across SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise verticals
- Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities

- 1+ year experience in sales or customer service
- 1+ year experience cold calling
- Korean fluency is a requirement.
- Business-level proficiency in Korean, conversional English level.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales techniques and strategies
- Able to work autonomously but contribute to a larger team.
- Contract location is Adelaide (Hybrid work arrangement)
- Some interstate and international travel is required
