As we continue to redefine hospitality in the Blue Mountains, we are actively seeking a dedicated Sales & Distribution Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.
The Sales & Distribution Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive sales plans aimed at consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets. This involves cultivating strong, long-term relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners. The manager will collaborate closely with the team to ensure resonance with our target audience.
The role extends to conducting thorough market analyses, sourcing new business for our accommodation offerings, and researching new markets to contribute to the overall business growth. Client interaction is key, involving arranging and participating in business meetings, preparing sales contracts, and delivering professional quotations promptly.
Additionally, the manager will utilise existing networks and actively seek networking opportunities to represent the organisation and acquire new business. All the while ensuring the networking provides realistic projections for our return on investment.
