Responsibilities
- Chase down new business via following up with existing clients and EstimateOne
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Produce quotes in a timely manner
- Following up on all quotes
- Liaising with customers regarding any changes required to their jobs
- Securing new jobs and ensure all relevant information is placed into the quote system
- Following up on the needs of customers with important sign offs and documentation
- Communicating with all customers verbally followed up with an email to confirm agreed discussions
- Skilled with regards to chasing business and building relationships face to face and over the phone
- Confident negotiating with customers and problem solving
- Strong with numbers and estimating - can read plans, take offs etc.
- Strong communication skills
- Systematic and organised
- High attention to detail
- Strong skills in MS Office
- Good understanding of safety and WHS
- Years of experience in the building industry; know the project timelines and milestones
