Sales & Events Co-Ordinator

Must be able to travel and attend events on the weekend

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the national sales team with a high number of events, ranging from small to large scale events. This role roles intensive travel local and interstate.
- Contributing to the huge level of research required to deliver one-off exceptional events.
- Accompanying National Sales Manager to both internal and external events must be able to travel.
- Supporting the National Salea Manager with logistical and administrative support
- Maintaining records of all bookings e.g., venue and catering and payments where needed
- Assisting with creative research / decisions/ marketing intiatives
- Assist with the coordination of the events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, vendor coordination.
- Ensuring all items for events arrive on time.
- Managing the bump in & out of events efficiently through to completion
- Provide personal assistance to key management personnel.
- Maintain and improve office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- High professional standards through attention to detail, role boundaries and confidentiality.
- High level communication skills, professional telephone manner and proven ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to take direction, follow through on urgent matters and prioritize effectively.
- Logistical and organizational skills

- Problem solving skills with some creative flair.
- Energy, passion, and enthusiasm
- Demonstrated time management skills, including the ability to priorities tasks and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced information technology skills, including database management, Microsoft Office applications, Adobe.

- You will be an excellent communicator and able to use networking to leverage relationships.
- Events marketing or communications tertiary qualifications
- Self-starter
- Must be able to travel throughout Australia and other states a requirement for this role. Weekend event work local and interstate.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager Melbourne
The position is full time, predominately working Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required as this role requires travel throughout Australia weekend work trade shows & Events.
