A Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients for our subscription services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communications skills motivated to consistently hit and exceed sales targets. Prime responsibilities & duties - Identify and prospect new business opportunities from various sources (LinkedIn, web, networking events) as well as handling inbound enquiries. - Complete accurate and timely data entry to maintain comprehensive records of daily sales activities in the sales CRM. - Maintain a thorough understanding of Telum’s features and functionalities and the industry it services. Keep informed of any service enhancements or new features. - Build strong relationships with prospective clients, conduct product demonstrations and identify how the Telum service meets their needs. - Effectively negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets. - Collaborate with the Accounts and Client Management teams to ensure smooth setup and handovers of new clients. - Follow established sales policies and processes to ensure work is consistent with Telum’s values and standards. Allied / occasional duties - Attend industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and foster relationships with prospective clients. - Participate in Telum events, promoting the organisation and our services.
