- Prospecting and procuring new listings
- Setting appointments, undertaking property appraisals, arranging listing presentations etc
- Accurate completion of relevant statutory and market documentation
- Overseeing 'Open For Inspections' as well as private viewings
- Managing phone & email queries
- Engaging in Buyer Follow-Up through both phone and email communications
- Crafting detailed follow-up reports for vendors
- Organising marketing (including photography), collecting advertising money, liaising with relevant media channels, OFI's and other property inspections
- Longterm staff ranging up to 20 years of service for the company
- Marketing package on offer to get traction from day 1 (circa $2000)
- Solid onboarding and ongoing training available
