About the opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, business minded sales professional to service several Bunnings Warehouses across the Newcastle/Hunter/Central Coast Region. Your role will be to foster strong relationships with Key Decision Makers, educate and engage our customer as to ensure we deliver a great retail experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and support TTI portfolio (Ryobi, AEG etc.) in territory of Bunnings stores, to achieve sales out targets and Company set Key Performance Indicators.
- Actively build and manage positive business relationships with all Bunnings store key decision makers in your territory.
- Present new product, quarterly brand plans & media activity to all relevant Bunnings store personnel and act upon all business development and sales opportunities.
- Promote the Onsite program to store key decision makers, whilst gaining site leads that will generate new trade brand users.
- Monitor Bunnings Top Stock inventory, ensure merchandising standards are at the highest level and engage with consumers / end users at every opportunity.
- Develop and maintain your product knowledge by attending Sanction Training courses, attending product functions, and completing online training.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity & the overall performance of the Bunnings stores within your territory.
About you:
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or sales representative skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively work within a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have intermediate capabilities in utilization of a CRM system.
