About the Role:
We are excited to welcome a Sales Executive to our team, offering an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate to kick-start their career in the supplement/health food fields. As a Sales Executive, you will be involved in various administrative duties and play a crucial role in exploring business opportunities within local markets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be accountable for general sales admin tasks including but not limited to processing purchase orders, sales reporting, etc.
- Assisting in the development and management of local key accounts through regular meetings/visits.
- Acquiring and applying product knowledge under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participating in the planning and execution of a detailed call cycle to foster relationships with pharmacy and other retail accounts.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to follow up sales sales-related activities.
- Assist in the management of customer queries.
- Contributing to the development of solutions that meet customer needs and coordinating necessary support and services.
- Assisting in delivering consistent and compelling messages to clients and potential clients in collaboration with the internal team.
About You:
- Sales experience in the supplement/health food/medicine/FMCG/OTC field.
- High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Administrative skills to support daily sales operations.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to the sales team.
- Possession of a full driver's license is advantageous.

- Expected start date for role: 01 April 2024
- Expected salary: $50,000 - $80,000 per month
