Job Advertisement: Sales Executive - PART TIME

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Queensland, Home Based (Remote Working)
Employment Type: Part-Time (20 hours a week)
Salary: $84,000 Full Time (Part Time $42,000) plus bonuses Competitive, commensurate with experience

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management, particularly in the areas of lead generation, accounting services, and real estate deal sourcing. This role is pivotal in driving our growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls and client meetings to generate new business opportunities in lead generation, accounting services, and real estate deal sourcing.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services to meet client needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within lead generation, accounting, or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and client needs in the lead generation, accounting, and real estate industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
