Reporting and Assisting the Operations Manager you will take ownership in this role working closely with the leadership team assisting with all sales administrative tasks.
Based in Richmond working Monday to Friday, the daily tasks will range from preparing contracts, liaising with the leadership team across the offices, meeting with external suppliers, Human Resources to even filing or data entry.
The ideal person is happy to roll up their sleeves and all in all will be apart of the growth and expansion this company vision.
We are seeking someone with the following skills & attributes:
- Experience working as an Executive Assistant in Residential Sales or Sales & Marketing Administration within Real Estate
- Exceptional communication skills and time management
- Ability to self motivate and work autonomously juggling multiple tasks on one hand
- Highly organised & strong time management
- Experience with Box and Dice or similar program.
Salary will depend on experience between $90,000-$95,000k package
