Job Description
Due to growth in our residential business, a rare opportunity has become available for a senior Sales Executive to join our Development Sites team based in our Sydney CBD office.
This role will see you will specialise in the sale of Mixed Use and Residential Development Sites across metropolitan Sydney.
You will create purpose, direction, drive and cohesiveness to achieve maximum business outcomes and profitability targets. In addition, you will work collaboratively with other Colliers’ divisions and implement strategic plans to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications
As the successful incumbent, you will possess:
- A proven track record in the Sydney property market and achievement of a strong market profile
- An understanding of development principles including planning, construction and financing
- Feasibility analysis skills
- An understanding and thorough knowledge of the residential sales market, in particular the project marketing environment, as well as commercial and industrial markets
- A current and valid Real Estate Licence valid in NSW
