The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with our valued clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to understand our guests' desires will enable you to craft bespoke experiences that exceed expectations. From corporate partnerships to social events, you'll use your expertise to identify new business opportunities and create lasting connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge strong relationships with existing and potential clients, delivering exceptional house tours that showcase the unique offering of The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
- Conduct market research and identify target markets to develop innovative sales strategies that maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Collaborate with the Hotel's departments to create customized packages and unique experiences tailored to our clients' needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor analysis, and guest feedback to continually refine and enhance our sales approach.
The Successful Candidate should show:
- Proven track record in a similar role within a luxury hotel, with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships based on trust and professionalism.
