We are looking for a motivated Partnership Manager (Sales Executive) to join our fast growing team.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for growing the Code Camp presence and revenue in a designated territory in the K-6 Australian school market across the Code Camp product and service offerings. The role is also responsible for partnering with and growing the Code Camp footprint in the Not-for-Profit and Corporate sectors.
Main Duties/ Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the Code Camp sales pipeline in their designated territory
Acquisition of new after-school and holiday camp venues and locations
Development and execution of a territory sales plan to achieve business objectives
Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to expand our reach and impact.
Establish robust, collaborative and long-term customer relationships
Collaborate with Operations to boost venue retention and customer satisfaction through strategic improvements and feedback integration.
Connect with Principals and other key school stakeholders to generate interest in Code Camp activities and sales opportunities
Provide strategic sales support of marketing and lead generation activities for your territory
Manage and co-ordinate commercial negotiations and contracts where applicable for school and holiday camps
Draw insights from day-to-day sales and customer interactions to suggest strategic changes and operational efficiencies.
Liaise with direct manager and key internal stakeholders to ensure our offering is fulfilling customers’ needs.
Maintain up-to-date sales pipeline data and provide frequency reports on its performance to Sales Management.
Skills & Experiences:
Proven experience in the delivery of successful business development strategies at a team level with a focus on venue acquisition
Exposure to and understanding of marketing qualified lead (MQL) processes
Have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
Experience in leading and coaching individuals to meet and exceed targets
Forecasting and pipeline management skills
Proven sales skills with broad business acumen
A solid understanding of the K-12 and ed-tech markets and the ability to develop customized strategies to address gaps and opportunities in the market
Be passionate about helping others to achieve

Be great at building effective relationships within a multifaceted marketplace

Meeting new acquisition venue and revenue targets
