We currently have an opportunity for a high performing Sales Agent to add to our successful sales team. We're looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent with extensive knowledge of the local property market and an ability to network.

You will have an opportunity to work alongside some high performing agents to become an elite agent in the area.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):
- Prospecting for new listing opportunities
- Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
- Prepare marketing kits and sales appraisals
- Managing advertising schedules
- Liaising with buyers and sellers
- Database management
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting at opens and inspections
- Attending sales meetings and training sessions

The successful applicant for this position must possess:
- Class 1 Real Estate License OR Class 2 Real Estate License
