Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively seek out new clients through various channels such as cold calling, door knocking, networking events, and online marketing.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, communication, and support throughout the buying or selling process. Follow up with clients after transactions to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property values.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and other technology tools.
