The roleThe
Sales Expert - Services partners with stores to develop sales capability and drive profitable sales growth for defined services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure sales targets are met by identifying Area and Store opportunities and developing strategies and targets to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with the State Sales Manager - Services to create and implement strategies for stores with tangible outcomes and achievable time frames.
- Work directly with store leadership team to facilitate face to face learning and coaching solutions that support sales of services products.
- Conduct skills assessments, gap analysis and action planning utilising standard tools and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Measure the improvement of services product sales for stores and areas.
- Conduct routine Financial Services compliance audits.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work directly with store leadership team to ensure key compliance metrics are met. Including but not limited to conducting routine compliance audits.
Skills and Experience:- Minimum of 12 months leading a high performing team.
- Demonstrated success in Services sales.
