As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities connecting with senior decision makers to drive sales.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Read CAD designs and provide storage solutions, installations for racking systems.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
About you:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the Manufacturing, Warehouse or Industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and profitability.
- Must be able to read CAD Designs
- Willingness to travel as needed.
