The Role:
As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating our sales team across operational regions. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on sales responsibilities to drive growth and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership:
- Champion BNB Made Easy’s vision and core values, ensuring they guide all sales activities and decisions.
- Facilitate the work and development of the sales team across regions.
- Commit to continuous self-improvement through ongoing professional development and feedback mechanisms.
- Sales and Onboarding:
- Oversee the performance and operations of sales representatives across regions, ensuring adherence to best practices and customer service standards.
- Analyse and report on sales data to inform business planning.
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets across all regions, addressing performance gaps proactively.
- Sales Coordination:
- Lead the sales process in the Wagga region while overseeing sales representatives in operational areas.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for Wagga's portfolio by nurturing leads, converting clients, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Initiate timely contact with leads and nurture relationships through effective communication strategies.
Other Details:
- Qualifications: the successful candidate will either have or be willing to obtain a NSW real estate licence as part of this role.
- Location: based in Wagga Wagga office.
- Starting Salary: $80,000-$83,200 + super
