Salary: $70k+

Key Responsibilities:
Lead our dynamic Sales Team to achieve and surpass budget targets.
Mentor, recruit, and continually upskill sales staff to ensure peak performance.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential and existing members, delivering unparalleled customer service and communication.
Conduct engaging tours of our facility, presenting membership options and benefits with enthusiasm and expertise.
Consistently meet and surpass monthly membership sales targets through proactive lead follow-up and conversion strategies.
Collaborate with the broader team to develop and execute innovative marketing and promotional initiatives.
Maintain meticulous records of membership sales, inquiries, and member interactions within our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the fitness industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for building rapport across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment.
- Strong organisational abilities, adept at multitasking and prioritising tasks effectively.
Knowledge of fitness and gym equipment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for fitness and may have prior experience in gym management, including responsibilities such as membership sales, marketing initiatives (including local area marketing and social media outreach), generating weekly reports, rostering, and engaging with the community.
